About KJ Development
KJ Development is composed of Ken Maples and Jim Conner, both of which grew up in Sevier County. They have both been highly involved with the growth that has occurred in the Pigeon Forge and Sevier County area, having managed multiple hotels with over 260 units, a 300 site RV park and 175 condos. KJ Development is the sales and management company for Whispering Pines Condominiums, Bear Crossing Condominiums, Cedar Lodge Condominiums and the Vista. KJ Development has been in the condo business in Sevier county for the past 10 years. As well as sales and management, KJ Development also operates Resort Property Management(RPM) which is the rental agent for all the overnight rental units at the condominiums. KJ Development invests and develops real estate in the Pigeon Forge, Gatlinburg and Sevierville area. KJ Development is also involved in retail, restaurants, construction management, project site plan and consulting.
